(Nectar) its usually a sugar rich liquid produced by plants , like honey from flowers.
(Fruit Drink) is not fresh juice but contains fruit flavor. could be added with sugar syrup or water.
(Fruit Juice) is the juice extracted from fresh juice.
its better if you drink fresh juice for sure but if you want to get a juice box the best choice you have is a (Fresh Juice)
